He's Big, He's Bad, He's the Ice Man!

Tonight when the boys went to brush their teeth and get ready for bed, Mason found something better to do. He came running down the hallway yelling, I'm big, I'm bad, I'm the iceman!! He says this all the time, so Erick and I didn't really pay attention to him, and then he said Hey Mommy, look, I'm the iceman! We looked... and this is what we saw, and a huge mess in the bathroom to go along with it.

There was baby powder everywhere! There was a huge pile of it in the bathroom, it was all the way down the hall, with little white footprints everywhere! What a mess, but we were laughing too hard to care. Both of the boys are so imaginative and always in character, Chase has always been this way, and now Mason is following his lead. If we don't have the costume, they'll just make their own, and tonight at the big age of 2, that is exactly what Mason did.

Fourwheeler fun

Well, this is what Chase got for Christmas, Mommy was totally against getting him a fourwheeler at this age, but I gave in. He is only allowed to ride when we are right there with him and we have a whole set of rules that hopefully he will ALWAYS follow. So, while or before or after you read this, (or everyday of your life if you wish :) please say a prayer that my children will be safe on these and whoever else rides on them, and that they will be careful and never get hurt on them.

Erick got one too, and so did my dad. I am totally outnumbered with these boys and their toys...

Here is Daddy and Chelsea getting ready to go for a ride on Daddy's new fourwheeler. We all went to Daddy's farm in Allen County and rode around all day. I have never really been on a fourwheeler, and was not AT ALL excited about our recent purchases, but it is actually fun, I am a chicken and go SO SLOW, but it is a good time and everyone had a blast that day.

Mason is obviously not allowed to ride on one of these by himself, but he thinks he is big stuff with his helmet riding with his daddy.

Chelsea had never driven one of these before, but by the end of the day, she was a wild woman. She was FLYING down some hills and screaming like she was on a roller coaster!

Julie is pretty wild herself when it comes to riding fourwheelers, we rode together several times and I never could keep up with her.

Here I am getting ready to ride with Erick, little did I know he had a little fun trail for me to go on with hills and woods and hills and hills!!!!

Here is my big dumb redneck husband showing off going down a hill that nearly killed my dad when Erick talked him into driving up it... Seriously, it was freaky!

I was freaking out at this moment, so I didn't think to switch the settings on my camera which is why the picture is so horrible... Erick was trying to stop Daddy from rolling the fourwheeler on top of himself so they had a minor crash. It seems like it happened in slow motion, we sat there forever freaking out trying to see if Daddy was going to be able to get control of it again and finally Julie screamed for Erick to go help him and I had the camera in my hand the whole time but never thought to take a picture until the end because I was just concentrating on Daddy and if he was going to flip it or not.

Here is Chase riding Skylar on the back... he will go as fast as his fourwheeler is set to go, but when she was on the back, he BARELY gave it gas, he was being so careful.

Me and Skybug going for a ride, she had so much fun riding fourwheelers that day. Her momma would be so proud!

Merry Christmas

I haven't put all of the Christmas pictures from today on my computer yet, but I thought I would at least post my Christmas card for those that haven't seen it.

Long time, no post

I feel so bad that I haven't posted in forever! Here are a few pictures from the month! We had an awesome Christmas and hopefully I will have the pictures posted this week!

Chase came up to me the other day and told me that he wanted to spike his hair, so that is what we did!

My boys helping their grandpa feed his cows on Saturday.

Last weekend Erick and I went to his Christmas party for work and Nana and Grandpa babysat for us. They also had Jamison and Carver. This is the super cool gingerbread house that they made that night.

Carver was already asleep when we got there and took this picture, but I am sure that he was a big help too!

Happy Birthday Tina!

My dad who loves to drive, decided to go to Alabama on Sunday and surprise Tina on her birthday. I love surprises and love to go to my sisters house in Alabama, so I decided to go with him. We left around 6:00 in the morning so we could get there in time to go to church with her. We got there like one minute after opening announcements so we just had to go in and sit down beside her. She looked up to see who they were making room for on the pew and she looked SO surprised to see that it was me, the boys, and Daddy. But of course we couldn't talk for an hour until church was over. We all went to eat at O'Charleys and then headed back to "Aunt Teen Teen's house."

It was a beautiful day there, I know that here at home it was rainy and ugly all day, but there it was 70 something and awesome! We all walked down to camp ( they run a church camp on the lake) and it was beautiful.

Here are the boys down by the lake where they collected all of the shells they could find.

Chase throwing pine cones into the lake.

And Mason doing the same. Chase is right handed and was throwing with his left hand in the picture and Mason is left handed and was throwing with his right hand???

Here is the best part of camp, the porch swing that overlooks the beautiful lake. I sat there and read some of my book and it was wonderful! I could have stayed there all day.

Here are the boys on the big huge slide. This is definitely not the safest slide ever made, but my boys love it!
